Growth, Compliance & Revenue Operations

Connected support that protects and strengthens a procedure-focused practice

Building a stronger practice takes more than submitting claims. Growth decisions, compliance controls, provider enrollment, billing, and performance reporting all have to support one another, and that is the part most practices have the least visibility into.

Coastal Medical Services connects those business and operational workstreams through one coordinated model, and runs the day-to-day billing and revenue cycle work underneath it. Clinical and legal decisions stay with qualified professionals.

Where practice revenue actually leaks

  • High denial rates
  • Slow reimbursements
  • Inconsistent accounts receivable follow up
  • Credentialing delays
  • Limited financial visibility
  • Administrative burnout
Experience

Specialty billing, not generic billing

A vascular practice and a podiatry practice do not bill the same way. The codes are different, the payer rules are different, and the documentation a claim has to carry to survive review is different. A generalist biller learns this on your claims, after they have already been denied.

We concentrate on procedure focused practices, so the payer rules and coding edges that trip up generalists are the ones we already know. That is the difference between a biller who processes your claims and one who can see the denial coming.

The experience behind the company

William Castellanos

Co-Founder, Billing & Coding

Coastal Medical Services was built by people who came up on the clinical side. William has worked in healthcare since 2010, moving from the procedure room, as a surgical technologist and medical assistant, into medical billing in 2013.

He founded his own medical billing company, Baruch Business Solutions, and sold it to TLK Medical Group in 2020; it still operates today. He also runs 360 Healthcare Management, a separate medical management company.

More about who we are
How we work

A revenue partner, not just a billing vendor

Most billers stop when the claim is submitted. That is the easy part. The revenue lives in what happens after it: the denial nobody appealed, the underpayment nobody caught, the report nobody could read. That is the work we actually do.

01

Clear Communication

You always know who is handling your account and where things stand.

02

Transparent Reporting

Financial visibility you can act on, not a monthly file you cannot read.

03

Compliance Driven Processes

Billing workflows built to hold up to payer and regulatory scrutiny.

04

Dedicated Oversight

Someone is accountable for your revenue cycle, not just your claim queue.

05

Measurable Performance

Metrics that show whether collections are actually improving.

Strengthen your practice

If you are not certain where revenue is leaking or where growth is stalling, that is exactly what a first conversation is for. We will look at how things are performing and tell you what we find. It costs nothing, and if things are already in good shape, we will tell you that too.
